Over 40 years of experience in Urology and Kidney Transplantation.

Served 23 years in the Armed Forces Medical Services of India.

Performed Armed Forces’ first cadaver kidney transplant and first laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy.

Carried out over 3,000 successful renal transplan

Special Achievements:

Introduced HoLEP surgery (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate) in India in 1999.

Launched the High Energy Green Light Laser Prostatectomy program in 2003.

Awarded the prestigious Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India for exceptional service.
